About Us

Lebo Engineering LLC (LE) was founded in 2023. Having over 50 years of combined experience, both principals have a vast knowledge of design and construction. LE strives to provide responsive, honest, high-quality engineering solutions for our clients to form and maintain lasting relationships for years to come.

George (G3) has been in the industry for over a decade. After previously working for his father at another consulting firm, they decided to open a business together. He and his amazing wife, Nikki, recently had their first child, George IV. He enjoys playing disc golf and pickleball in his spare time and can't wait to introduce both sports to his son in the future.

George (G2)  has over thirty-five years of experience and was a vice president at a previous MEP design firm for most of his career. He has managed and designed hundreds of new construction and renovation projects over the years. His hobbies include maintaining his large, back yard garden, playing pickleball, and spending time with his four grandchildren.
